Booking & Payment: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. No appointment is confirmed without payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late without notice may be subject to a late fee or cancelation No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without notice will result in a no-show fee and may restrict future bookings. Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so concerns can be addressed. Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate information when booking. Client must come washed and blow dried with no extra products Any contraindications, allergies, or special conditions must be disclosed prior to service. Failure to do so releases Na’Shay Luxury from liability. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with policies—without refund. Media & Content: Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the appointment.
