Cancellations- Cancellations within 2 days till to your appointment you will be charged the remaining service fee. Lateness/No show - - After 5 minutes a late fee will occur. - Regulars- after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. - New clients- after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. - If you do not show up to your appointment the full payment will be charged. Your appointment - - No new evening clients. - All payments are taken via card machine. - Please do not turn up with damaged nails. - I work on natural nails only , but I can do an extension if needed. -Please do not show up ill , as you will be turnt away and still charged. -Regarding illnesses, if you still cancel due to illness within 48 hours you will still be charged the full amount. - My bathroom is unavailable. - No plus ones
