New clients will be required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit on service booked!Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of your scheduled service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or we may not have the time for art levels to be achieved. Clients who cancel or no show for their appointment day of will be charged the full amount of their service. Appointments requested on an emergency basis, with less than 24 hours notice, or outside of regular business hours are subject to a $40 convenience fee.
