By booking an appointment with NailedbyNosi, you agree to the following terms: Clients may reschedule appointments 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us at least 30 minutes prior your appointment , clients arriving 10-15 minutes will be charge a R50 late fee , if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointments will be cancelled. A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the full design price is required to secure your slot, which must be paid within 15 minutes of booking. Please donot send the full amount of your service, if the full amount is sent it wont be refunded Please book for a soak of if you require one .Please use your name and date as a reference when sending the deposit. Please voice out any concerns during your appointment , should you be unhappy with anything pertaining the set as i donot offer refunds once you have left the salon. If your nails are damaged ,have a green-black color on your nail bed please refrain from booking to avoid further damage.Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
