By booking with Nailed.by.nene you’ve agree to the following ⸻ 💸 Deposit Policy A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total. No deposit = No appointment ⸻ ❌ Cancellation Policy Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If you cancel late or no-show, you will be charged 50% of your service total. Failure to pay this fee will result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ 💵 Payment Policy • Cash is always preferred • If you will need change, let me know in advance, as I may not always have it on hand. • When using Apps, please do not include anything nail related in the notes — just leave a smiley face, heart, or birthday cake emoji instead . 💖🎂🙂 ⸻ ⏰ Tardy Policy • You have a 10 -minute grace period. • Anything after 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late without communication , your appointment may be canceled depending on my schedule 💘 ⸻ 👯‍♀️ Guests • Guests are welcome, but please let me know ahead of time. • Due to limited space, I usually allow only one guest per appointment. ⸻ 👶🏽 Kids • Kiddos are always welcome! • I just ask that you are very self-aware of their actions and keep a close eye on them during the appointment. • Please be mindful of any possible damages or distractions, but I completely understand — life happens!
