Politique et conditions

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. - Secure a slot by sending a text and your preferred time slot, and also a picture of what you want - No alcohol/smoking allowed - *NOTE:* - *Appointment after hours/before hours = R50 addition to nail set* - Client gets 15mins grace when late/ an extra 20% is paid in addition to nail set (non-negotiable), if late for an hour appointment will be cancelled - Charge R10 when you swipe - Come with bare hands, feet and lashes - I don’t work on damage toe nails/ nails -R100 deposit is paid when making an appointment (none-refundable) - No deposit = No appointment -I do not rush through sets - If nails/ lashes fall off within the 1st week, free nail/lash repair services will be rendered. A R20 fee (per nail will be paid after the 1st week - No plus ones allowed unless permission is asked
