Nail Life

1. Appointments • All services are by appointment only unless otherwise stated. • The final nail design and specifics must be submitted at the time of booking so the correct time can be allotted. • On the day of your appointment, only simpler or shorter changes may be made. • Clients may arrive no more than 5 minutes early. The exact appointment time is preferred for arrival to maintain a calm and comfortable space. • Arriving 15 minutes late will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • Appointments are secured on a first-paid basis only. ⸻ 3. Deposits • A $60 deposit is required for all appointments, including refills. • Deposits are required online or in person. • Deposits go toward the final service cost. • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is outside the 48-hour policy. • Please always be deposit-ready — appointments are not secured without payment. ⸻ 4. Payments • Full payment is due immediately after service. • Prices are subject to change at any time. • Toe-only appointments must be paid in advance. • Acrylic on all toes must be booked separately and requires its own deposit. ⸻ 5. Service Limitations • No nail biters. • Natural nails must be completely bare and free of severe damage for services to be rendered. • Round edges are not offered — please book accordingly. ⸻ 6. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose allergies, medical conditions, or nail infections prior to service. • Services will be refused if there is: • Fungus • Open wounds • Contagious conditions ⸻ 7. Children & Guests • No additional company and no children. • Only clients receiving services are allowed in the service area. • Extra guests will be asked to wait outside. ⸻ 8. Personal Belongings • Nail Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. ⸻ 9. Communication • Please do not call on Sundays or on weekdays after 7:00 PM. • All inquiries should be made during business hours. ⸻ 10. Right to Refuse Service Nail Life reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to: • Disrespectful behavior • Poor hygiene • Late arrival • Failure to follow policies
