Hi! I’m Ján Matušek, a soft tissue and massage therapist committed to patient-centred care. I graduated in Slovakia in 2004 and have been living in York since 2006. At MyReset, based at Roko Health Club, I offer a variety of tailored treatments designed to meet each patient’s unique needs. With 20 years of experience across multiple practices, I’m dedicated to providing the best possible care, as reflected in the many positive reviews from my clients. With a demand for services (and only so many hours in the day) I expanded the team in 2024 ensuring they match MyReset quality of service. Jan is a very experienced professional. He explains what he is doing and why. He also gives good ‘homework’ to do in your own time to help the healing process. 

He is friendly and informative, I would HIGHLY recommend my reset to anyone who needs treatment. 

Jan’s elbow finds every little fault in my back and drills down into the tissue to resolve the problem. Even with the discomfort I usually get a bonus of 10 to 15 mins of sleep free of pain. Within a couple of  hours the problem is completely solved with no aches or pain.Always a top treatment that works

I'm not sure what magic Jan has access to, but I went for a massage after spraining my ankle - I could barely walk I was in so much pain.  The following day, the pain was virtually gone and I was able to continue my marathon training! Incredibly skilled and professional - highly recommended!
