Politique et conditions
Clients of My Groomer Tilly may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, your appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Exceptions may be made with proper communication, but repeated cancellations and rescheduling may result in mandatory deposit or inability to rebook.
