There is only a 10 minute grace time for late arrivals, after 10 minutes the appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a no show. Full service will be charged. Please text me or call to let me know you will be arriving late. CANCELLATION POLICY The deposit is non-refundable and you can always reschedule with at least 24hrs notice and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment, you can only reschedule once. Less than 24hrs or SAME DAY CANCELLATION , have a 75% charge of remaining balance. If fee is not paid you will not be able to book again. LASH SERVICE Please bring your eyelashes bare, without Mascara, without eye makeup and avoid drinking caffeine 2 hours before, to prevent the eye from contracting. To have better retention, it is recommended that all oils and mascara is removed and not used for at least a day before application. Please keep in mind that if mascara or makeup is removed at the day of your appointment, it may affect your retention. LASH FILLS POLICY To schedule a fill, it must be under the 2 or 3 week mark, passing the 3 week mark it is considered a new set If a new set is scheduled past the three week mark but at the time of your appointment we determine that its considered a fill, it will be charged as a fill. REFUNDS Refunds will not be provided for any service rendered. Allergic reactions are out of my control, if an allergic reaction occurs I will try to schedule you for a removal As soon as possible. No refunds for allergic reactions. Booking an appointment=agree to policy.
