Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 1 time up to 24 hours before start time. After 1 cancelation or reschedule deposit are forfeited! Only person being serviced is allowed at appointment. $15 non refundable booking fee required goes toward service. There is a site tax fee of $1.20 that doesn't go toward service. 15min grace period allowed. Address is given after appointments are confirmed because its a hm suite. Also its a smoke free environment, if you come to your appt and smell like Weed, ur appt Will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited! Same day / non wrkn days will be an additional $10 to any service
