Mr Vishram Driving School is dedicated to helping learners in Adelaide become confident, capable, and responsible drivers. With more than a decade of professional experience, we provide both CBT&A (Log Book) and VORT training, offering a flexible pathway to gaining your licence. As a ex government-auditor, we not only prepare you for your driving test but also conduct assessments, ensuring a smooth and reliable learning journey. We also support international drivers with overseas licence conversions.

Terms and Conditions
By booking or attending any driving lesson, assessment, or test preparation session with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Meeting Location
Unless otherwise arranged, all lessons commence at:

Alternative meeting locations must be confirmed prior to the lesson.

2. Rescheduling Policy
• A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson.
• Rescheduling requests must be sent via text message.
• Late notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

3. Appointment Adjustments
We may occasionally adjust lesson times due to scheduling requirements.
• You will be notified in advance.
• We aim to minimise inconvenience.

4. Required Documentation
Students must present valid identification and licensing documents on the day of the lesson or test.
Learner Drivers
• Valid Learner’s Permit
• Physical card or digital version via the myGov SA app
International Licence Holders
• Valid temporary permit
• Photo identification (Passport or Service SA Proof of Age card)
Failure to provide valid documentation will result in cancellation of the session without refund.

5. Payments and Cancellations
• All payments are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or non-attendance.
• Missed appointments are treated as no-shows.
• Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to deliver the booked service.
• Processing time is approximately 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible.

7. VORT Test + 90-Minute Lesson Package
• Booking must be made at least 4 days in advance.
• Scheduled date and time remain subject to examiner and vehicle availability.
• Adjustments may be required and will be communicated promptly.

8. Safety and Liability
Student Responsibility
• Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor.
• Students must drive safely and obey all road laws at all times.
• Unsafe, reckless, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate termination of the lesson.
No refund will be provided in this case.

Fitness to Drive
Students must not attend a lesson if they are:
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Medically unfit to drive
• Excessively fatigued
We reserve the right to cancel the lesson if a student is deemed unfit to drive. No refund applies.

Vehicle and Road Conditions
• Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or road conditions.
• We prioritise safety at all times.
If we cancel due to safety concerns, you may reschedule without penalty.

Liability
• While every care is taken to ensure safety, driving carries inherent risk.
• By booking a lesson, you accept these risks.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, test centre changes, or third-party decisions.

I can't recommend Vishram Driving School enough! I was nervous about my Vehicle On Road Test, but Vishram was incredibly patient and calm throughout the whole process.
