I had an appointment at 16.40, the gentlemen who did my nails was lovely. I showed him a picture and it's the second time I've left over the moon with the results (this is the second time I've been here). I have been going to Lux for 1.5 yrs now and had a stroke 6 months ago which has left me with reduced movement in my right hand side. Booked online which was easy to do. Though there was still a little wait when I arrived, the technician was super apologetic and once I was seen, everything was perfect. Technicians are talkative, friendly and precise in their work. I was really happy with the result and I will definitely go back.
