💅 Booking & Service Disclaimer Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 🗓️ Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Tardiness Policy • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Tardiness Policy: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be subject to cancellation, and you may be charged a fee. Any exceptions to this 15-minute limit must be approved by the technician beforehand. ⚕️ Client Health and Safety • Allergy Disclosure: For your safety, it is the client’s responsibility to disclose any and all known allergies (e.g., to latex, adhesives, gels, acrylics, dust) or skin conditions before the service begins. Failure to disclose may result in an adverse reaction, for which the salon will not be held liable. • Existing Nail Conditions: We are not liable for damage to nails that are already compromised, weak, or damaged prior to the service. This may be due to the complexity of the service, materials used, or specific time required. • If you have any questions regarding the final price of your service, including add-ons, please always confirm the pricing with your nail technician before the service begins. 🗣️ Communication and Questions • We want you to love your nails! Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have about services, pricing, sanitation, or aftercare at any time during the booking process or your appointment. 🎨 Nail Art and Design Policy • Design Recreation: While we strive for perfection, specific nail art designs are not guaranteed to be 100% identical to any reference images you provide. We promise to try our absolute best to recreate or achieve a similar look based on our skill, materials, and time constraints. • AI-Generated Designs: Designs created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) will not be identical due to the nature of those images and real-world application limitations. We are happy to work with you on a design inspired by it, adapting the concept to fit your nails beautifully. • Service Guarantee: We offer a 3-day guarantee on all services for issues due to technician error (e.g., lifting, chipping within the first 72 hours). This guarantee does not cover chips or breakages resulting from client misuse or neglect. 🚫 Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, having excessive damage to their nails, or if the client's health/safety is deemed at risk.
