I came in looking a bit scruffy. I walked out looking like the rock star I am!!! ⭐️

We had a fantastic experience with Laura! Sofi had her first groom here today and overall it was an amazing experience. Laura is great with dogs, and I could tell she took real care with Sofi’s groom! Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

Laura is amazing! A real dog lover, and it shows in the care she gives.

My eight year old cockapoo Phoebe had her first groom with Lou yesterday. Phoebe can be a nervous girl and she has arthritis affecting all four paws, so I asked Lou to be very gentle and careful with her. Delighted with the results. Phoebe looked so much livelier after her groom, think all her heavy curly fur had been making her hot. She looks gorgeous. Very pleased. Lou was so kind and patient.

Lovely care, really thoughtful and kind.
Clara came back realy happy, and so did we.

Beautiful job, same price as his previous groom at Pets At Home and 10 times better

We are so happy with Yoshi’s grooming. He looks so smart ready for spring. Laura was very sweet and gentle with him.

Lou was fab! Lovely groom for my dog, and so kind with him. Quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Laura did a great job grooming our sweet mini-poodle!

My Maltese, Popple has been going to Lou for about a year. She was recommended by several friends in/around Highbury Fields, all of whose dogs look lovely. Lou calms Popple right now and while she doesn't love being groomed, always looks fantastic, picture-perfect afterwards. Very happy to recommend Lou!

Lou always does the best job with my boy, Arthur. He goes in a fuzzy, fluffy furball and emerges clean and polished and looking more dapper than ever. In addition to her great grooming skills, Lou puts up with Arthur—who does NOT like getting groomed—and does so with a smile and a laugh. Thanks, Lou, for the excellent service!

Lou is lovely and a great groomer! Super meticulous and not a hair missed - love it!

Laura is a fabulous groomer and she is so good with the dogs, so much so that my dog is quite happy to stay with her when I go to pick him up. This is a huge compliment because my dog is like Velcro and literally doesn’t leave my side. The way my dog is with Laura gives me great peace of mind as I know he is in safe hands.

Thank you so much he looks and smells amazing x

Visiting Lou ia Lola’s favourite thing. Lou does such an amazing job and Lola always looks gorgeous after. Thanks Lou for being so amazing!!!

Lou’s Grooming is amazing and a true gem! My dog is quite nervous about grooming, and she instantly warmed up to Lou, which made the experience stress-free for both of us. When I picked her up, she looked incredible—her coat was perfectly trimmed and soft and smelled fantastic. Even more impressive, she was calm and happy! Lou clearly loves what they do and treats every pet like family. I’ll definitely be back—thank you for the exceptional care!

Absolutely amazing as always! Eddie came out trimmed to perfection and smelling delicious! Would highly recommend Laure and have done to many people!

Laura is the best groomer we’ve had by far. Lola always leaves looking and smelling absolutely gorgeous. Laura is so passionate and always gives the absolute best service and perfect grooms. Lola loves her, she is super patient even if Lola gets a little poodle sassy. Could not recommend more!🩷

Brought Pablo and his friend who were dog sitting for a groom, both left super fresh and smelling amazing. They got drowned in cuddles and kisses as always! 5* service once again x

Lou is looking after Lily our Sheepadoodle’s coat that is prone to matting. She is thoughtful and careful about keeping her fur as long as we can without getting to mats. Plus Lil loves her.
