Lokahi Wellness Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Lokahi Wellness, we respect the time of every client and strive to provide a smooth, relaxing experience for all. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate everyone fairly, the following policies apply to all appointments. 1. 24-Hour Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice will not incur a fee. 2. Late Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the appointment deposit. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. 3. Late Arrival Policy If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. • Clients arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment may still receive their service; however, the session length may be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled appointments. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. The appointment deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment when booking future appointments. 5. Professional Conduct Lokahi Wellness maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both clients and practitioners. Any behavior that is inappropriate, unsafe, or outside professional boundaries may result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
