Highly recommend Liam! My injury recovery had completely stalled after 12 months of treatments elsewhere, but I’ve made amazing progress since seeing Liam for recovery and ongoing maintenance. From day one, Liam made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He really listens, works his magic and helps me feel stronger every session!

Liam was fab. He was keen to get to the root cause of the issues in my muscles and joints and really helped loosen things for me.  Would highly recommend his services.  Was very friendly and attentive

Really great experience from start to finish. Liam came out for a home visit at very short notice, which was hugely appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to chat through my current shoulder problems, offering both a fantastic massage and some helpful advice.

I had my first sports massage with Liam and would definitely recommend him. He was prompt, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and was really informative throughout the session. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park, but that's to be expected with a proper sports massage! Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a 45 minute massage to a groin/ thigh injury to improve the circulation and relieve symptoms. Liam also gave me excellent advice on how to manage exercise and mobility going forward. Would highly recommend

I had a serious ankle injury and started seeing Liam after physiotherapy. Injury rehab has taken a long time. I wish I’d seen Liam a few months earlier as the detailed and considerate work he has done on my ankle has moved the dial to less pain and more movement. I found treatment was very well thought out and I left with new ideas for exercises.  Highly recommended.
