PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION THOROUGHLY. All bookings will be worked around my pēpi so please be patient with us 🥰 BOOKING DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required in order for your appointment request to be approved, once you have sent this please send a screenshot to either my fb or Insta and I will approve time slot. Your time slot will not be approved until this is paid so it will still be available for others to book. Deposit is NOT an additional cost so it will be taken off the overall price of your service/services. PAYMENT On the day of your appointment please bring the correct amount of cash as I will not have change. If paying through bank transfer it is preferred that you pay the day before and send a screen shot as proof just to make sure payment is cleared before appointment. AFTERHOURS Afterhours are 5pm and 7pm these times require an additional fee of $10, when selecting your service please add the after hour option. CONTACT DETAILS Please ensure you enter your contact details correctly as you will receive your confirmation message and also your reminder the day before appointment. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations before 12 hours of your appointment time require a $20 fee which must be paid on day of cancellation, please send screenshot for proof of payment.
