Every booking will require a £10 deposit, once an appointment is booked I will send my bank details and you will have 24 hours to send it over to confirm your appointment otherwise it will be cancelled.

𝕔𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤

If you need to cancel please let me know at least 24 hours in advance otherwise your deposit will be lost and a new one will have to be paid for re-arranging! Deposits are none refundable you will only be able to re arrange if enough notice is given. 

Any bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will require to pay the full amount of the treatments price

If you no show without letting me know you wont be attending you will have to pre pay for the whole appointment upfront if you wish to book in again. Also any deposits paid from the previous time can not be moved over to cover the new appointment cost.

I accept cash, bank transfer or paypal. You will have to pay for the appointment before you leave the salon.

If there are any problems with your lashes let me know ASAP. If during the first 48 hours of getting them done if you experience a big amount of eyelash loss i’ll be able to fix for free, anything out of the 48 hour mark will be down to aftercare and an infill price will need to be paid. 

Patch tests are always recommended but are not a legal requirement with my insurance or glue so any reactions without a patch test I will not be held accountable for. If you do have a reaction please contact me to make me aware and seek medical advice.

By booking with Lashes By Gabby, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Lashes By Gabby may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
