-A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all lash appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and ensures that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover time reserved in my schedule, preparation for your service, and business expenses. You cannot use the deposit on another appointment as this only covers the time and cost of one appointment. -If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment slot. My reasoning behind this is it is unlikely for me to be able to cover this slot in this amount of time. If you no show to your appointment your full appointment amount will be charged and your access to rebook will be revoked. -I offer a complementary fix on your lash set if you have experienced uncommon early fall out. This needs to be within the first 72 hours of your set to be free of charge. Anything after this is down to aftercare and will be charged accordingly. I do not refund.
