BOOKING POLICY •After booking we would accept a message & email would be sent to you to make your 50% deposit , please send a receipt to any of our social media •Pls don’t book if your are uncertain send a text message or call •Clients can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. •There is no refund CANCELLATION POLICY • 24 hour notice required for cancellation LATENESS POLICY • Every client is given 2hours for an appointment • A lateness fee would be added to your Appointment if you are 1hour late and there is a next client . •2hours late (missed appointment ) might result to a reschedule depending on our schedule of the day OTHER POLICY Note : •please arrive at your appointment with no make up . •Any issues of lash falling excessively should be reported within 3DAY after installation •Refills are required 3weeks after installation if client chooses( 60% of lash is off ) ( which is half the price of service ) 📍4th ave beside fcmb , suite 14 cometstar plaza festac town Lagos When you get to the plaza take the stairs to the first floor , locate suite 14 using the numbers on the door.
