By booking an appointment with Nova Haus, you agree to the following terms.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected and are deducted from your final total.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled once with more than 24 hours notice.
Deposits are otherwise non-transferable.

A valid card must be kept on file for all bookings.

Deposits are forfeited for:
• Cancellations within 24 hours
• No-shows
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, fever, vomiting, eye infections, contagious skin conditions, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment.

Due to the close-contact nature of beauty services, attending appointments while sick puts myself, other clients, and my child at risk. I truly appreciate honesty and consideration around illness, especially as sickness can result in multiple cancelled work days for a small business.

Nova Haus reserves the right to refuse or stop an appointment if a client arrives visibly unwell or contagious.

Appointments scheduled outside of standard operating hours incur an additional surcharge.

This includes:

After-hours bookings
Early morning appointments
Weekend appointments (where applicable)

Surcharges are applied automatically at the time of booking and are added to your final total.

After hours appointments are limited and subject to availability.

Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment.

A minimum of 40–50% of extensions must remain to qualify for an infill.
Appointments beyond 3 weeks, or with lower retention, will require a full set booking.

Foreign infills are assessed upon arrival and may require removal and a full set.
A $30 adjustment fee applies to foreign infills due to additional time and corrective work required.

Please attend with freshly brushed teeth.

All gems are applied using professional dental-grade adhesive.
No drilling is performed.

Tooth gems must only be professionally removed — never picked or forced off.

A 6-week replacement warranty applies to most standard placements.
This excludes non-recommended placements, complex designs, and lower-bonding areas.

Suitability will be assessed at the time of appointment.

I’ve waited over a week to write this review because I wanted to be able to speak about the lash retention. I can’t speak highly enough for the job that Caitlin has done on my lashes.
