Politique et conditions

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If any issue arises on my end, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining service total if a card is on file. All payments are due upfront before your service begins. Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If there are any issues or concerns regarding your install, you must contact me within 24 hours of your appointment completion time in order for accommodations or corrections to be made. After the 24-hour window has passed, I will no longer be able to accommodate any concerns regarding the service provided. By booking an appointment with LacedByJanae, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during your service for promotional and marketing purposes. Frontal wig install

Please arrive with 8–10 flat braids. No bulky braids. Failure to do so may result in an additional braid-down fee. • Includes basic styling (middle or side part). • Cash is preferred. If paying with any method other than cash or Zelle, a $3 processing fee will apply. • All wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment. If you’re unable to drop your wig off beforehand, please add the Same-Day Customization Fee when booking.

Failure to do so may result in an additional braid-down fee. * Ensure your wig is a full frontal wig. * Upload your desired style inspiration photo when booking. * Select any add-ons you’d like before checking out. Cash is preferred. If paying with any method other than cash or Zelle, a $3 processing fee will apply.

This service is for a 360 wig install but instead of an updo a basic side/middle part must come braided fail to do so will result in $15 fee No BULKY BRAIDS!
