Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Yardsigns Yardsigns whether indoor or outdoor are prepared to fit the clients event/personality. Every flair installed by L&M Yardcards belongs to L&M Yardcards unless its custom made using a client's name and/or photo. Inclement weather for yardsigns. There can be no cancellation of an appointment due to light rain. The only exceptions are floods, tornadoes, ice/snow, etc. If there is inclement weather on the day of installment we will try to work around the timing the inclement weather occurs. Balloons The balloons provided are high quality balloons. I prefer not to take balloons from clients. Outdoor Decor Setting up balloons outdoor can be a challenge as of environment, time, weather, etc. Depending on the space available at the venue, the decor may have to decrease. Temperature Temperature can have a huge effect on balloons. If the temperature on the day of event is too hot, it may cause balloons to over inflate and pop. With that being said, the installation will be made as closely to the starting time. When leaving the the installation, the balloons will be out of L&M Yardcards control. We will not be able to come back and fix/add any balloons that may have popped.
