To maintain a smooth scheduling process, All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the total cost of your service and are non-transferable to other individuals. If a client cancels their appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook in order to ensure the security and commitment of both parties. To maintain a smooth scheduling process, I kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows your original deposit to be applied toward your rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late reschedule and will require a new deposit, as the original deposit is non-refundable and will not be applied toward the total cost of service. I will apply a $20 late fee to any appointment passing the 30 minute mark. Additionally, to maintain a calm and professional environment, extra guests are not permitted during appointments. The appointment address will be provided once the deposit has been received. I reserve the right to decline service at any time if I feel uncomfortable, as maintaining a safe and respectful environment is my top priority. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
