✨ BOOKING POLICIES ✨ Please read all booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. ⸻ 💚 ADD-ONS Please scroll to the bottom of the Services page to view all available ADD-ONS. 🚨 ALL add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to: • Shampoo & Blow Dry • Boho Hair • Length Upgrades • Color Hair Requests • Crochet Hair Upgrades • Curly Hair Additions • Hair Jewelry/Accessories • Any additional requested service ❌ NOTHING will be added, changed, or upgraded on the day of your appointment. No exceptions. This policy allows enough time to be reserved for every client and helps keep appointments running on schedule. ⸻ 🦋 HAIR INCLUDED ✔ Braiding hair is included with all braided services. Natural hair colors only: • 1 • 1B • 2 • 3 • 4 ❌ Boho hair is NOT included and must be selected as an add-on during booking. ⸻ 📏 BRAID LENGTH All braid styles are priced through Mid-Back Length. ✨ Butt Length is available upon request at no additional charge. Any length beyond butt length requires the appropriate Length Add-On to be selected during booking. ⸻ ✨ HAIR PREPARATION Please arrive with your hair: ✔ Freshly shampooed within 48 hours of your appointment. ✔ Completely free of oils, grease, heavy products, gels, and buildup. ✔ Fully detangled before arrival. A proper blowout is essential for achieving a clean, neat, and long-lasting style. If you would like your hair shampooed and/or blow dried, please add the Shampoo & Blow Dry service when booking your appointment. If your hair is not properly prepared upon arrival and additional preparation is required, a preparation fee may be charged if time allows. If time does not allow, your appointment may be rescheduled. ⸻ 💳 DEPOSITS A $40 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. ✔ Your deposit secures your appointment date and time. ✔ The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. ✔ The remaining balance is due before your service is completed. Deposits are non-refundable if you: • Cancel your appointment • Fail to show up • Arrive more than 25 minutes late • Violate booking policies If I must cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment date. ⸻ 🚗 MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Travel appointments are available. A $25 travel fee applies for locations within 10 miles and will be added to your service total. ⸻ ⏰ LATE POLICY Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. • Arrivals after 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee. • After 25 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🔄 RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may require a new deposit. ⸻ 🚫 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to arrive without notifying me will be considered a No-Call/No-Show. Your appointment will be canceled immediately. Your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments may require payment in full before booking. ⸻ 👥 GUEST POLICY To provide every client with a relaxing and professional experience: No extra guests are permitted during your appointment. This includes: • Friends • Family members • Children not receiving a service • Babysitters If you have a situation that requires an accommodation, please contact me by text or phone before your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate you when possible. Unapproved guests may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit being forfeited. ⸻ 💳 PAYMENT METHODS Accepted payments: • Apple Pay • Zelle ❌ Cash is NOT accepted.
