Policy : Before appointment hair must be detangled if not that will be an additional $15 dollars added to total. If late to appointment I do allow 15 minute grace period before appointment is canceled if longer is needed a late fee of $15 is added to total after 30 mins appointment will be cancelled and a 50 cancellation fee will be taken if a card is on file. I Kay of Kaystyles have to cancel for any reason deposit will be refunded in full. When bringing children under the age of 12 parents must stay with children. I do not take credit card on site or checks all other forms of payment are accepted such as but not limited to Cash,apple pay ,Venmo, cashapp , and chime. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposit starts at $50 dollars (varies by style) required to secure appointment sent via cashapp (($makaylacutler )) ,vemo ((Makayla-Cutler-2)) , Apple Pay and chime. In the event you aren’t able to make appointments deposits are non refundable however can be used for the reschedule appointment. No call/text no show will not be able to rebook unless otherwise discussed. All braiding hair twist locs and crochet hair is provided based off my personal preference for quality of service sewin hair and wigs are not provided at this time.
