Gail is fantastic! She gave my pomchi the cutest fox cut — he looked amazing. I had a scheduling mix-up and needed to pick him up early because of dinner reservations, and Gail graciously worked with my timeline so I didn't have to miss dinner with friends. Above and beyond service — highly recommend!

Katrina and staff are wonderful and they love animals. My dogs always look great after their grooming.

Rose and Frankie really enjoy their grooming here! So easy to schedule and all of the groomers are wonderful. They take time to make our pets comfortable

Excellent. I was very pleased with the experience. My Molly looked do beautiful. Plus Molly was happy when I picked her uo. That means a lot. Thank you for the care and wonderful job you did on my baby girl.

Friendly staff, clean facility, great caring grooming for our puppy.

I bring my three dogs to Katrina and team and they always do an amazing job. I have a large full-size doodle and then two many Aussie Doodles. All three love going to see their friends whenever it’s time to be groomed. Thanks for being part of our dog family. Y’all are fantastic.

They took great care of Fenn, our Golden Mountain Doodle! He looks handsome and enjoyed his grooming!

Honey has a beautiful cut!
She loves going to the groomer!

Everyone always takes great care of Murphy!
Absolutely the best place!

Indie looks great and what a cute bandana.

The staff at Katrina’s take good care of our 3 little dogs and provide great grooming at a reasonable price. I’m grateful to have found them!

Today was my first experience and it was all good! My Jack Russell is 16 in September 6 and she had never had a grooming from anyone but me. Gail was great with her. I was so glad to learn my girl did well with a nail trim and a combing and bath. She even had a little tie on when I picked her up! We will be back!! Thank you, Gail!

Wonderful atmosphere, Staff are Great... very attentive.. and I couldn't help but notice as I came in the Pups were "Tails-a-Wagging" , so they were enjoying their Spa Date.
Thanks for a Great Experience
Tori and Richard

The new booking system is great. My pups always look so good when I pick them up and they always seem to have been treated well.

10/10 - Very kind, very talented, very responsive! Thank you for making our fur babies beautiful ❤️

Excellent friendly. Best groomer s in Franklin. Wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of our Fur babies!

Great service, very friendly staff. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and my doodles look gorgeous!

Always a great job on my dog, Snickers. He can be difficult but they are very experienced in handling him!

Took Huck and Finn for a groom today! They looked so precious and were groomed perfectly! Great vibes. Wonderful people!

Katrina did a superb job on grooming my long haired dachshund. Not only is she good with her scissors but she is extremely personable. My dog,Lucy isn’t fond of being groomed and usually wants to get as far away from the groomer as is physically possible, but when I came to pick her up, Lucy was standing right by Katrina’s side.
We are new to Franklin and didn’t know of any groomers. So glad that we found Katrina.
We will be returning.
I highly recommend.

Gail is the groomer who takes care of our girl. She always does a good job and if there is something we would like her to do different she is willing to do it. Scooter does very well there and we appreciate their kindness and love toward her.

I love Katrina The Groomer. They got Molly in the very next day. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. Molly and I highly recommend Katrina The Groomer.

My two dogs, Banjo and Mandy had their nails trimmed this morning. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Good job. Thanks.

Have used many of the offered services for my dog. I have been very pleased each time with the results. Very caring and professional staff

Wonderful groomer, great staff, my dogs love them.

Our little dog Hallie got a great groom today. Everyone was super nice. A great team.

I understand that the visit went beautifully and the groomer did and excellent job! We will be back with all our pups.

Snickers my aussiedoddle can be a handful at times and this group always does a great job with him!

You do a great job on our little Bentley

Katrina was awsome with our loveable big boy. All services were perfectly performed and at a reasonable fee. He seems to be so happy to be there regardless of the bath he always dislikes to take. All of the groomers there are so good with him and every other furry friend we have met. They truly love doing what they do and it shows in their work. Highly recommended.

Great job with the nail trimming for my 2 fur babies. Very caring as well!

The crew is so awesome and great with our fur babies. Very thankful we found this place! 10/10 highly reccommend!

I started taking my two dogs here for their nails and they are very difficult to handle. Logan does a great job and makes sure they are as comfortable as possible. TY

Easy to schedule appointments online. Does a beautiful job with the grooming - listening to what I am looking for as far as length, type, etc. Very happy repeat customer…

Absolutely amazing! They handled five dogs of completely different sizes — from 30 pounds all the way up to 85 pounds — back-to-back and did an incredible job with every single one. Calm, patient, efficient, and clearly experienced. Nail trims can be stressful, especially with large dogs, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. I’m seriously impressed with how well they managed each dog individually while still keeping everything moving quickly. Highly recommend!

Charlie is a very old soul and is so important to me. Charlie hadn't had a good grooming in a very long time. He looks and feels really good. I'll definitely be returning again!

Katrina did excellent work with my dog June. She’s treated the other dogs like they are beneath her since returning from Katrina's. I definitely recommend using her services!

They are very good with the animals and always do an amazing job!

Good job and reasonable prices! I will bring them back!

My big yellow labs, Sam and Minnie love getting groomed here! They get so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. Katrina, Franky and Logan and the ladies do a great job with our dogs. We love bringing them here. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience. Everyone is kind and caring. Our 1yr old Shih Tzu, Paisley had a great first grooming. We would highly recommend.

Great grooming! Xena always seems happy. Very easy to make an appointment online and good communication.

The team is great. Both of our Scotties look and smell awesome .

Groomer did exactly what we told her we wanted and did a great job!! Will definitely use again!!

Duke looked amazing he a full body cut that had to be a chore and a half to do. When I picked him up he was happy and not in a cage. I highly recommend Katrina The Groomer to anyone looking for a place to to take their furry friends to.

My Yorkie takes a little while to warm up before he trust the groomer to touch his paws. He was there to get his nails trimmed. They were all very patient and loving to him and it turned out to be a great experience. Thanks for being caring with my spoiled baby.

Our Winston smells and looks great after his spa bath!

Frankie & Katrina are super caring and careful. I will keep coming back when in town. Thank you for your kindness.

Great experience with dogs nail trims, we’ll be back

My dog is elderly, doesn't like car rides or walks now, he prefers to be at home, so I've been doing his bath & grooms at home. I cannot do the nail trims, so that's what we are there for. Staff is friendly and professional, reasonably priced, doesn't stink like some salons, dog gets in and &out quickly. I'm happy to have a service in Franklin like Karina's. Booking can be done in person or online. I personally love online booking! Great grooming salon! I recommend Katrina the Groomer!!!

Lulu looks so pretty with her new cut. Thank you Melanie 😊

Gail did another amazing groom on my precious American Cocker Spaniel, Ellie Mae! Best one yet! I am so blessed to have found someone so loving and talented with Ellie.

Wonderful service, my dogs love going to be groomed, thank you for all you do.
Banks and Sassy give you a big hug!!!!

Always happy with Harley’s groom. Highly recommend

Davey looked Fabulous! Katrina is so kind

Elvis and Jerry look awesome after being groomed today. They are both Minnie Aussies. Their coats are soo shiny and soft and they smell sooo good! We will definately be back. Great service!

They do a fabulous job on my dogs. Everyone comes home happy and pretty. No drama, no trauma.

We have been using Katrina and her team for over a year now and are always so happy with their work on our Lady. She always comes home looking so pretty. Definitely recommend!

Really nice, friendly staff. Made my fur-baby relaxed and happy. They followed my instructions to the letter. Would recommend.

I took my mini aussiedoodle doodle today as I heard good reviews and that Frank was a dog whisperer. My Snickers can be difficult but they handled him fine. I only had a bath and nails as an introduction for him. I will be booking a full grooming soon. Thank you for taking good care of my fur baby!

Everyone was wonderful and my Pearl looks beautiful!

Awesome groomers. We brought our 8 yr old diva puppy who will run & hide just at the mention of getting her nails clipped. He was recommended by several people at our Senior Center. He did great. Got her nails super short & she wasn’t shaking when we picked her up. She gets shakey when she’s stressed. Will definitely keep using them & would recommend them to everyone. Big plus is that they’re less than 5 mins. From our house.

Beautiful results on coat and nails. Thank you!

Used this groomer twice so far! They are great! You can tell they love animals and enjoy their jobs. They are very affordable and they do an amazing job. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fast and efficient nail trim. Friendly staff. Overall great experience 🥰

Words cannot describe the attention and care they give to my precious baby. He looks amazing and by looking at him you can feel he feels special. On top of that his spa was 300 % perfect. Take your pet to Katrina you and your fur baby will thank you

Vannessa did an amazing job!! Our pup looks even better than I expected!!
And they are all so kind and professional thank you again!

A wonderful experience and awesome folks to do business with.

The team did such a wonderful job on my 3 girls. This was their first professional grooming session, and I will absolutely coming back again and again. Everyone there was so kind and sweet throughout the whole session and I would definitely recommend coming here for your next grooming session is needed!

This was Beau’s first groom. He came home happy and well taken care of. We will be coming back!

Murphy looks so handsome… he does so well with all of you and looks so handsome..
We absolutely love him going to get groomed at Katrina the groomer!

They did a great job with my little Maltese! We will be back

We took our nervous Golden Mountain Doodle to Katrina’s and he came out looking adorable and happy. The inside of his ears were nice and clean, which is his problem area. We are new to the area and so glad we found Katrina’s for our Fenn!

Always a great experience for our pups. Great service!

They were very nice and did a great job with my dog.

OZZY AND LILY ANN LOOK VERY NICE, THANK YOU!

Katrina's does exactly what you ask and is kind and loving to the animals.I give them five stars

Love being able to have my Umi in and out and not have to leave her for such a long stay to be groomed. They do a beautiful job and are very sweet !

Buford looks fantastic! thank you so much.

We’ve taken Daisy Mae to Katrina twice now after our other groomer had to close due to health concerns.

I’m sorry glad we found Katrina, Daisy looks beautiful when they groom her!
