Hello! Thank you for chousing our nail studio. We are provide the high quality nail services. Our principal to taking care about your natural nails and keep your health and your positive mood. We are using only sterilised tools, every client has a personal disposable nail file. Over 200 shades of colours. We are speaking English, Ukraine and Russian languages.

**Manicure & Pedicure Services Policy** To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policy: **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - **Same-day cancellations** (within 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a charge of **50% of the treatment cost**, payable at your next visit. - **No-shows** will also incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled treatment, added to your next visit. **Late Arrivals** - If you arrive for your appointment and our technician is more than **15 minutes late**, you will receive a **£5 discount** on your service as a courtesy for the inconvenience. **Deposit Policy** - Deposits can be **rescheduled** or **refunded** if requested **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - Any requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
