***CASH ONLY*** By booking and receiving services from JayElle , you (the client) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, products, and appointments provided at our salon. 1. Refund Eligibility Refunds or partial refunds are provided only in the following circumstances: Service dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your hair or nail service, we will offer you a free correction within 48 hours of your appointment. Please note that a refund will not be issued for services that have already been completed unless a correction is requested. Service quality: If there is an error or issue with the quality of the service (e.g., nails lifting, lashes falling off too soon), we will gladly offer a fix or redo at no extra cost, within 48 hours of the service. 2. Non-Refundable Services Deposits for appointments are non-refundable. These are used to secure your spot, and will be deducted from your final balance at the time of your service. No full refunds are provided for walk-in services that are not to the customer's satisfaction due to failure of research. Be aware that you are taking chances with intermediate lash and nail techs. No refunds are provided for services that were rendered as scheduled but not to the customer's satisfaction due to changes in customer expectations or preferences. 3. Late or Missed Appointments We request that clients provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. * If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit and may not be able to book future appointments without prepayment. 4. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment via [phone number or email]. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. 5. Service Correction If you are dissatisfied with the service and request a correction, you will need to return to the salon at a time that works for both you and the technician. We will not offer corrections over the phone or at home. 6. Extreme Cases In extreme cases (e.g., allergic reactions, severe discomfort), we will work closely with you to resolve the issue. We may suggest medical assistance or refer you to a specialist if needed.
