Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. After 20 minutes of being late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. You will need another deposit to book again. Note, The processing fee the site charges is separate from your full payment. Please do not leave off $1 or whatever the fee is that was added to your deposit when paying the remainder balance. If you have color hair please add a picture in the notes when booking your appointment so I’ll know what color hair to get. If you have shorter hair add a picture of your current length so that I can know whether or not I can service you at all. I do not service pixie cuts.
