📅 Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in cash or specified method on the day of service. No deposit = No appointment. ⏰ Late Policy You are allowed a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited. 🚫 Cancellation / No Show Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. No-call, no-show = no future bookings. 💇🏾‍♀️ Hair Prep Hair must be clean, detangled, and stretched/blow-dried before arrival. Failure to prep hair properly will result in a prep fee or cancellation. No product buildup, oil, or tight ponytails before appointment. 👶🏾 No Extra Guests For the comfort of all clients and to stay on schedule, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced or allowed. 💁🏾 Style Selection Please choose your desired style at the time of booking. Last-minute style changes may not be accepted and/or can affect your appointment time or be subject to additional charges. 📦 Bring Your Own Hair You will be informed ahead of time what type/brand/amount of hair to bring.
