“I take my dog to Headington Hounds to have his nails ground. His nails are black and he has long quicks so he sometimes gets hurt if they are clipped too short. Finding a groomer who grinds instead of clips was very helpful.”

“HH are amazing with Bernie. I don’t know what Jedi mind tricks they use. We can’t manage our dog for more than 10 minutes cleaning him, but they can do 2 hours! Thank you!!”

Maddie

“I had a haircut here for my 12th birthday, I’m a spaniel. When my family came to pick me up they didn’t recognise me, I look like a puppy again! Great grooming, I recommend! 🐾 ”

Jessica

“Charlotte was fantastic! My dog is very anxious and has previously had groomers not be able to finish because she was so stressed and I had to be present at appointments to keep her calm. Today Mabel was dropped off, she had a groom and her nails cut, a bath and a blow dry and came out looking amazing! Charlotte knew how nervous she was and made her and myself feel comfortable and I was happy to be able to leave her in her capable hands. I’m really grateful and will be booking in again. ”

“Thank you Charlotte for the first-rate job, and for your immense patience with Pilot - grooming is simply something he dislikes but you manage to turn him into a CRUFTS champion nonetheless. We are both very grateful for your considerate, gentle approach! Ela and Pilot”

“We sent a matted fluffy dog and got back a very clean happy dog with short hair, trimmed nails and ready for spring 🌼 Thank you Charlotte! ”

“Charlotte was absolutely amazing. I can’t thank her enough for how professional and knowledgeable she was. I think I was more nervous than my dog, but she completely put my mind at ease. She did a wonderful cut and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!”
