By booking an appointment with Hay Beauty, clients agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in a fee charged to the client. Hay Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments without proper notice. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointments. Hay Beauty is not liable for any delays more than 15 minutes or missed appointments due to client tardiness.
