By booking with Haley’s Vanity Esthetics, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Haley’s Vanity Esthetics may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. A valid card is required to book appointments. Please arrive on time; arriving 15 minutes will require rescheduling and 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments that are rescheduled more than 3 times will require a nonrefundable deposit to secure any future bookings. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.
