Golden Aura Studio Booking Policy A card on file is required to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Your card is only used in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or policy violation. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and may be required to prepay future appointments. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the late cancellation policy may apply. Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, recent treatments, or medical concerns before their service. All services and product purchases are non-refundable. Results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected only to provide services, process payments, and communicate about appointments.
