Hi & welcome to Gloss! * IMPORTANT INFO * - Please read menu carefully and select all applicable options for your appointment. This will ensure that enough time is booked out in order to complete your treatment. - Due to limited space, appointments are 1 to 1 only. - Our schedule will occasionally run back to back so we ask that you Kindly arrive to your appointment on time (not early, not late) to avoid causing any overcrowding of the studio. - We understand that unexpected situations can happen (often beyond our control) and have allowed a grace period of 20 mins until which your appointment will have to be either reduced or rescheduled. - Cancellations/rescheduling can be made up to 24hrs before your appt. Any changes made with less than 24hrs notice will face a surcharge of scr 100 at the next scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged the full treatment price in order to book again with us. - If for any reason we have to cancel or reschedule your appointment on our end, you will be compensated for your time/inconvenience at your next visit. - Vouchers for all treatments/services are available upon request.
