By booking with GlambyGenna, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A deposit of $30 dollars for new or returning clients to secure any service appointment. This will be taken off the balance at the time of the service. With a 24 hour cancelation notice it will be returned back. THERE IS NO CHANGING THE TYPE OF SERVICE BOOKED IN THIS 24 HOUR TIME FRAME. PERIOD. The service you have booked out is allotted a certain amount of time that can’t be rearranged. In the event of a last minute cancelation (less than 24 hours) the deposit will be forfeited and the full cost of the service booked will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a no call/no show (new or exisiting clients) you will be charged for the full cost of the service booked.
