Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment (ONE TIME ONLY). Deposits made through the app include a processing fee; therefore, only $25 will be deducted from your remaining balance.
