Politique et conditions

Genuine Studios LLC Policies 🔆 Cancellation Policy • Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance • Deposits are non-refundable • No-shows without a deposit must wait 7 days to rebook • Late cancellations may result in lost deposits 🔆 Late Policy • Arrive on time • 10+ minutes late = $10 fee • 30+ minutes late = appointment canceled (We understand life happens and will be flexible when needed.) 🔆 Complaint / Redo Policy • Concerns must be shared within 3 days • Fixes apply to quick adjustments (under 1 hour) • After 3 days, new appointment/payment required 🔆 No Children Policy While we kindly ask that children not be brought to the salon unless they are receiving a service, we understand that life happens and sometimes it’s unavoidable. If this is the case, please let your stylist know ahead of time. We’ll do our best to accommodate the situation by scheduling your appointment during a quieter time, so you and your little one feel comfortable and welcomed.
