By booking an appointment with Furbabyz Dog Grooming, clients agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid penalty. Failure to provide timely notice may incur a cancellation fee. Furbabyz Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. Clients are responsible for their pets’ behavior during grooming and must disclose any relevant health or behavioral issues. Furbabyz Dog Grooming is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by pets or clients during grooming services.
