“I visited Flexion as I was feeling generally tight from gym work as well as suffering with pain in my hip/lower back. Dean was great, asking me several questions before going through a full postural examination, followed by some stretches, massage and dry needling. Felt a lot better after just one session. Mini- Flex is designed for autistic children or Sens, also children wanting to get fit and educated, its a safe enviroment and parent & child will work together creating a strong bond and fun whilst getting fit, goody bag will be provided, Up grade to 40 mins for £5 more for the adult only. You will need to book and pay upfront for Minimum 3 weeks 6 week program, parnet recieves 30 minute free massage 10 week program, parent recieves 40 minute free massage Children will also recieve a certiificate on completion
