Please be aware of these before making an appointment. <CONFIRM> the location using the postcode provided before payment to ensure you are able to travel the distance. ( CB1 ) <EXTENTION > Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches long to ensure a secure and neat finish. I provide extensions for braids,sew-ins and Boho Braids: • Sew-ins: human hair only. • Boho Braids: synthetic or human hair please select your preferred option when booking. If your hairstyle requires braiding extensions, I prefer to provide them so I can prep everything before your appointment, this helps save time and ensures a smoother process. However, if you decide to bring your own extensions, I strongly recommend the (Xpression brand) PRE-STRETCHED ONLY. For WAIST-LENGTH styles, you MUST provide 52-inch extensions. This helps avoid frequent add-ons and ensures your hairstyle turns out perfectly. Your extensions must be delivered 48–72 hours before your appointment for proper preparation. When booking, please select the “Providing My Own Extensions” add-on. Your final price will be adjusted accordingly after your appointment. <HAIR PREP> Your hair should be washed,detangled blow dried and free from any product (grease-free) prior to your appointment. *PLEASE NO HAIR OIL BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT * <DEPOSIT> A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total service charge. Please note that deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another appointment or client if you cancel. You have 24 hours after booking to make any adjustments to your appointment. After 24 hours, any changes will require a new booking and a new deposit. The remaining balance can be paid via cash or bank transfer after your appointment. <PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA > By booking an appointment, you automatically consent to photos and/or videos being taken of your hair after the service. These images may be used for promotional purposes on my social media platforms to showcase my work and maintain my online presence. <LATENESS & NO-SHOW > Please try to arrive on time for your appointment . If you’re running late, just send me a quick message to let me know. There’s no late fee, but if you don’t show up within 20 minutes of your appointment time, your slot will be automatically cancelled. <LOYALTY CARD & BIRTHDAY BOOKING> We now use WinStamp app a digital LOYALTY CARD. Download the WinStamp app and we’ll scan it at your appointment so you can earn points, discounts, and rewards. If your booking is for your birthday, please mention it when booking and bring a valid ID (such as a driver’s licence or passport) for confirmation. Please note: loyalty stamps and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. <CANCELLATION BY STYLIST> I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded, or you can choose to move your appointment to another available date ,whichever you prefer and you will also get a £5 discount. <BRIDAL> For all bridal bookings, please reach out to me directly via email or any of my social media platforms to schedule a one-on-one consultation. This helps us discuss your preferred style, plan ahead, and make sure every detail is perfect for your big day. Bridal appointments CANNOT be booked directly through the website. <RESPECT> Please respect my space no smoking or vaping is allowed.
