Attention all new and current clients, in effort to better serve you all efficiently and with quality work the following policies will be implemented: 1. When setting up initial appointments, clients will be required a non-refundable $50 deposit, this deposit will go towards your balance. Remainder of the balance is due the day of your service. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED! 2. All clients MUST arrive on time to appointments in order to be seen. In the event that you are late, the appointment will continue with the remainder time of your hour appointment. EX: Late 30 minutes-you will receive the remainder 30 minutes of your massage. BE PROMPT! 3. If you purchased a package, any session you missed will be lost completely from your package. 4. Cancellations and/or changes with any appointment, will need a 48-hour advance notice. No advance notice, no refund of $50 deposit. 5. No Extra Guests: For your comfort and the comfort of others, we ask that clients refrain from bringing extra people (friends, family members, children, etc.) into their appointment/session room. This allows us to maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere and ensures our staff can fully attend to your needs during your service. Exceptions: If you require assistance due to special needs or medical reasons, please contact us in advance to make appropriate arrangements. Parents accompanying minor children for a treatment (if applicable) are welcome to stay in the waiting area or in the treatment room with prior approval. Reminders: Face and body beauty has the right to refuse any service. No Extra Guests. If you are running late unfortunately your appointment will not begin at the time of your arrival, your appointment begins/ends at the time it was booked.
