By booking an appointment with EveZ T.L.C. LLC, you agree to the following terms: A $60 retainer fee is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable, except if the stylist cancels. It can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if done in a timely manner. The remaining balance is due in exact cash upon completion of services. A processing fee of 3.6% + $0.30 applies to all credit card transactions. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period will incur a $25 charge, and appointments canceled due to excessive lateness will require a new fee to rebook. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge; no-shows forfeit the retainer and incur a 50% charge. Emergency accommodations may be considered. All styles may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, while front face images will remain confidential to protect client privacy.
