*Cancellation/ No Show for appointment Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales on products and services are non-refundable. *In the case of Paid service cancelled or no-show You can request another date and time for availability to be booked or the option of transfering to loved one's or friends. Choosing to reschedule your appointment with notification via verbal and written forms of communications provided means of communications Email or Whatsapp to this company or using the link provided with your booking for cancellation. Your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking to be used(1 Month from time of original booking. *Late Appointment/ Request additional time/ treatments *Arriving late or thinking that you might be running a bit late - For your schedule appointment Please Call or Whatsapp us that you will be doing so and have confirmation of your current booking status for your appointment.
