Every hair appointment includes a professional consultation, shampoo, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry unless otherwise noted. Prices may vary based on hair length, density, desired style, or additional time and product required. Booking & Retainer Fee Policy • After booking online, a non-refundable/non-transferable $25 Retainer Fee is required to secure your appointment. •Please send your Retainer Fee via Zelle to 630-415-8430 immediately after booking. •This Retainer Fee will go toward your final service total. • Your appointment will not be officially confirmed until the Retainer Fee is received. •You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your Retainer Fee has been processed. • Remaining balance is due at the end of your service via cash or Zelle. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your non-refundable retainer fee to a future appointment. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable retainer fee and may require full payment before rebooking. • One reschedule is allowed per appointment. Excessive rescheduling may result in refusal of service. Late Policy • A Io-minute grace period is allowed. • After 1o minutes, a $15 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be considered a no-show at stylist discretion.
