**Policy and Terms for BTW FLOORING** By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. BTW FLOORING reserves the right to modify service offerings and pricing at any time. Liability for damages is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the work area and for providing any necessary permits. By using our services, clients consent to these terms and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.
