Cancellation policy Customers are required to pay the full amount of a service in the event of same-day cancellations or no-show appointments before they can book another service.

Politique et conditions

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, clients will be required to pay the full amount of the booked service. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit, and the deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. When booking any service that requires a deposit, please note that if you decide to change the service, the deposit DOES NOT TRANSFER to the new service. This means the original deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable.
