WORK POLICIES Appointment Every client must make an appointment in person or virtually for any project they wish to carry out. The deposit for a regular appointment is $50 which is to secure the date and time of the appointment and will be deducted from the total value of the project. To change the day or time that will deduct the appointment, you must notify 24 hours in advance and otherwise you will lose the appointment deposit. Deposit For all projects, a deposit is required which must cover the costs of materials and supplements necessary for the project. Work times In all projects, a certain time is given for how long the process takes. This time begins from the day you deliver the vehicle to the store. In some cases, this time may increase and you will be notified during the process so that you take into account the cause and the extra time needed. In most projects, many of the materials being special or customized must be ordered and sometimes suppliers take longer than normal. In this case, your appointment will be rescheduled until we have the necessary materials. General warranty All work and products have a general 30-day warranty which covers installation or product defects. Remember to read the specific warranty for the products and services you want for your project. Extended warranty on electronics and accessories If you have purchased an accessory from us, whether electronic or parts for your vehicle, do not forget to ask about the extended warranty which you can purchase for up to 2 years and covers damage due to accidents or factory defects. Returns Universal products purchased in our store such as decals, accessories and electronics have a 30-day return period and must have their original packaging and be in perfect condition. We do not offer returns for decals or assemblies which have been manufactured to your liking or tailored to your vehicle. We do not offer cash refunds for any of our services since all of our individual warranty policies cover the material and labor to repair installation defects. In case you want to cancel a job after an order for material has been made, you will have to wait for our supplier to accept the return and you will be charged for shipping if necessary and $100 for the process. In case our supplier does not accept the return, we will only be able to deliver your material and charge the $100 for canceling.
